CNC Machinist I & II
team members. We manufacture precision
medical instruments
such as spinal cord tools, surgical clips, and other specialized components in a
low-volume, high-mix, tight-tolerance
environment.

⏰ Available Shifts
1st Shift:
6:00 AM – 2:30 PM (Mon–Fri) →
Mandatory 5 hours OT/week 2nd Shift:
2:30 PM – 11:00 PM (Mon–Fri) →
Mandatory 5 hours OT/week + $1/hour premium
What You’ll Do
For Both Levels: ✅ Operate CNC mills, lathes, or Swiss machines within tight tolerances ✅ Change tooling, make minor offsets, and monitor tool wear ✅ Read and follow blueprints, work instructions, and machine programs ✅ Perform part inspections using micrometers, calipers, and other measuring tools ✅ Maintain accurate documentation and follow GMP/GDP requirements ✅ Support quality, productivity, and continuous improvement initiatives ✅ Follow safe work practices and maintain a clean, organized work area
Additional for Machinist II: ✅ Perform CNC setups and run multiple machines as needed ✅ Troubleshoot machining issues and make process adjustments ✅ Assist in training lower-level machinists
️ Requirements
Machinist I:
High school diploma or GED
Basic machining or manufacturing experience
Familiarity with measuring tools and blueprint reading
Willingness to work mandatory overtime
Machinist II:
3+ years CNC machining experience
Setup experience with mills, lathes, or Swiss machines
Strong blueprint reading and GD&T interpretation skills
Ability to run multiple machines and troubleshoot issues
