Duties and Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate a positive and proactive work ethic to support the needs of both the Recruiting and Marketing departments.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for candidates throughout the recruitment process, ensuring timely communication and professional candidate experience.
  • Work with hiring managers to schedule candidates for interviews and assist them with completing all necessary paperwork.
  • Support hiring managers with resume review, initial screening, and applicant tracking system (ATS) management.
  • Schedule and prepare materials for onboarding and orientation.
  • Assist with the development of recruiting projects, metrics, and reports to track hiring progress.
  • Perform employee check ins to help ensure new employee success.
  • Welcome and greet candidates upon arrival, ensuring a positive and professional first impression.
  • Maintain a tidy and professional reception area that reflects FINFROCK’s brand and culture.
  • Continuously look for ways to improve the overall candidate experience.
  • Assist with setup & execution of employee engagement events such as courtyard events, plant breakfasts, topping outs, and more as needed.
  • Coordinate literature, swag and other assets for various fairs.
  • Assist with employee contact regarding referral bonuses, Green Dot login, and ESS login.
  • Assist HR with employee outreach for benefits or other reasons, as needed.

Qualifications

  • High School diploma or equivalent required.
  • Associate or bachelor’s degree is a plus.
  • 1–3 years of recruiting or administrative experience required.
  • Experience with a manufacturing, construction, engineering, or architecture company is a plus.
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; comfortable making phone calls and interacting with candidates.
  • Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Teams, Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • High attention to detail, accuracy, and confidentiality.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
