$130,000-155,000 What's in it for you: Excellent benefits including 401(k), health insurance, and bonuses A culture that values independence-no micromanagement A fun, family-driven team that celebrates success together Stability and growth with a company that has stood the test of time Key Responsibilities: Oversee and manage all general ledger activity, reporting systems, and compliance with GAAP/IFRS Ensure accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and year-end close processes Lead preparation of company forecasts and budgets Coordinate and monitor tax requirements, ensuring timely filing of all returns Manage and track the performance of invested assets in accordance with company policy Maintain documentation and deep understanding of ERP/MRP systems Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field Minimum of 5 years of progressive accounting experience Strong understanding of multi-entity operations and consolidations Hands-on leadership style with excellent analytical and communication skills #LI-LR1 #ZRCFS #INOCT2025
