Controller
to lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting efforts while overseeing a small but impactful team.
What You'll Do:
Lead
FP&A functions , including budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and strategic financial planning. Oversee month-end and year-end financial close, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. Provide data-driven insights to leadership to drive business growth and operational efficiency. Manage and mentor
two direct reports , fostering professional growth and development. Develop and implement
costing models and financial KPIs
to optimize profitability. Collaborate cross-functionally to improve financial processes and reporting. Ensure compliance with GAAP and internal financial policies.
What We're Looking For:
Bachelor's degree
in Accounting, Finance, or related field. 5+ years of experience
in financial analysis, accounting, and reporting, ideally within
manufacturing . Strong proficiency in
financial modeling, forecasting, and cost analysis . Leadership experience with a track record of managing and developing teams. Advanced
Excel
skills; ERP system experience is a plus. A strategic mindset with a hands-on approach to problem-solving.
