Position Summary Enbridge is seeking a
Project Controls Coordinator III (PCC)
to support the planning, integration, and oversight of project controls functions across capital projects in Engineering and Construction. This position plays a key role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of cost, schedule, and quality control deliverables and provides field-level project cost support on high-risk and complex initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement project controls strategies with integrated cost and schedule functions. Act as a key liaison for contractors in training and supporting EcoSys LEMs (Labor, Equipment, Materials). Ensure contractors provide accurate labor rates and cost estimates. Support Project Controls Advisors (PCAs) in LEM setup, processing, and attestation. Serve as the dedicated Field Cost Analyst (FCA) on large-scale, high-risk projects. Generate detailed cost and performance analysis, including graphs, summaries, and presentations. Support Project Managers with scope definition, change management, and financial tracking. Prepare expenditure forecasts, staffing histograms, and capital cost comparisons. Monitor and compare field and indirect costs against budgets and forecasts. Track project KPIs and collaborate with support teams to drive project execution improvements. Deliver comprehensive variance analyses and project status updates to senior management.
Qualifications Education:
Bachelor's Degree or Technical Diploma in Engineering, Finance, Accounting, or a related field. Other post-secondary education may be considered. Experience:
Minimum of 3 years of experience in Project Controls or Project Management. Experience in pipeline operations preferred. Technical Skills:
Advanced proficiency in
Microsoft Excel
(v-lookups, pivot tables, SUMIFS, charting, etc.). Familiarity with
Power BI
and
Power Pivot
for data analysis and reporting. Proficient in
Microsoft Office Suite
and ERP systems like
Oracle/SAP . Strong hands-on experience with
EcoSys . Working knowledge of
Microsoft Project
and
Project Server . Core Competencies:
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret large data sets. Excellent verbal and written communication abilities. Proven decision-making, planning, and organizational capabilities. Team-oriented, proactive, and capable of working independently in fast-paced environments. Ability to manage multiple priorities with minimal supervision. Valid driver’s license required. Preferred:
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
