Your Responsibilities As our next Site Manager, you'll inspire your staff to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets while continuously improving the plant.
Strategic Leadership : Lead the Site Leadership Team in setting, tracking, and communicating key performance indicators ( KPIs ) to ensure accountability and goal achievement.
Financial & Operational Oversight : Oversee budgets, implement robust financial systems, and find continuous opportunities to reduce costs and improve processes.
Compliance & EHS Management : Ensure strict adherence to regulations and ISO standards. You'll lead and maintain our comprehensive EHS Management Systems (ISO 14001, ISO 45001) , including audits, training, and incident response.
Departmental Leadership : Provide strong guidance to key departments like Quality, Production, Maintenance, and EHS to ensure projects are completed on time and on budget.
General Duties : Perform additional duties as assigned to support overall site operations and objectives.
We're looking for a hands-on leader who enjoys spending 10-15% of their day on the manufacturing floor. You'll need to be someone who can take ownership, lead by example, and infuse energy into daily operations. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a strong ability to solve problems and improve processes. Experience with plant turnarounds is a plus.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree (ideally in engineering, operations, chemistry, or supply chain).
At least two years of similar manufacturing site operations management experience.
Experience overseeing others in a blending / mixing manufacturing environment (., chemical, pharmaceutical, coating, food, beverage).
Experience managing multiple facets of manufacturing, including production, maintenance, engineering, and quality.
Experience overseeing both direct and indirect reports.
Experience in a non-union manufacturing environment.
Working knowledge of P&L.
ERP experience.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including strong Excel skills.
Preferred Skills (Not Required)
SAP experience.
Experience with plant turnaround situations.
Power BI.
Master's degree.
