Associate Attorney – Labor & Employment (3-4 Years Experience) Location: West Palm Beach, Florida A well-established Florida law firm is seeking an associate attorney with 3-4 years of litigation experience and a strong interest in employment law. This position offers exposure to a broad range of labor and employment matters in a collaborative and client-focused environment. Responsibilities
Advise clients on compliance with wage and hour regulations and other employment-related laws Assist in administrative actions Support employment litigation and arbitrations Draft pleadings and motions Prepare and respond to discovery Handle trials and arbitration proceedings Qualifications
Juris Doctor from an accredited law school and active Florida Bar membership (or eligibility for admission) 3-4 years of litigation experience, preferably with exposure to labor and employment law Familiarity with FLSA, ERISA, COBRA, the Age Discrimination in Employment Act, the Americans with Disabilities Act, the Family and Medical Leave Act, and Title VII is a plus but not required Excellent academic credentials and demonstrated legal writing abilities Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team Compensation
Salary range
for this position is
$170,000 – $175,000 , commensurate with experience. Company / Equal Opportunity
