Spearhead the development, execution, and optimization strategy for growing Agoda’s new and emerging marketing channels. Conduct end-to-end analysis of large, complex datasets related to channel performance, user behavior, and market trends; translate data into actionable insights. Develop hypotheses, design experiments (e.g., A/B tests), and build structured analyses to evaluate campaign effectiveness and drive data-driven decisions for channel growth. Partner with various functions to identify opportunities, analyze and interpret trends in complex data sets using tools such as SQL or Tableau. Communicate complex findings, performance updates, and strategic recommendations clearly to key stakeholders, including senior management. What you’ll need to succeed
Minimum 3 years of experience in a Data Analyst role in tech, consulting, e-commerce or digital marketing. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/Statistics/Math or Engineering or Economics and Finance. Data-driven approach with strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actionable insights. Proficiency with business intelligence tools and data warehousing (e.g., SQL, Tableau, MS Excel). Innovative problem-solving skills and the ability to navigate the organization to implement solutions in evolving scenarios. Stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence at senior levels. Seniority level
