What To Expect As maintenance support, the team member’s responsibilities will be focused on assisting the Maintenance team in maintaining all spares for the production lines and planned preventive maintenance schedules implementation by using the maintenance operating system to support vehicle manufacturing. This team member will be required to work with cross‑functional teams (Maintenance Support, Engineering Team, Spares Team and FLUX Development Team) to implement planned spares and 100% inventory availability with accuracy. The candidate will act as a single point of contact for EMTs (Engineering and Maintenance Teams) and support EMTs in creating planned preventive maintenance schedules, PM checklists, work orders, assets, and create dispatches during planned or unplanned downtime for all critical or non‑critical maintenance activities and projects in FLUX dispatch management module.
What You’ll Do
Replenish Critical Line Side spares at all designated areas at the line on a daily basis
Process Critical Spares Parts and work closely with spares planners & buyers for addition in the Maintenance Operating System (FLUX)
Maintain an accurate systematic inventory, identifying spare parts, organizing and stocking parts for M3/Y Lineside Lockers/racks per standard process
Process RMAs, Return Orders, Site‑to‑Site Transfer and Handover’s to spare warehouse and handle Ad‑hoc shipments
Analyze Preventive Maintenance Schedules (PMs) data daily and report to maintenance manager
Compile, verify and submit/present periodic/scheduled reports to management with constructive feedback
Deliver spares & equipment between various locations within the Fremont plant as needed by Maintenance & Engineering Teams (EMTs)
What You’ll Bring
Advanced Microsoft Excel experience required (formulas, VLOOKUP, pivot tables and graphs)
Experience in Inventory, Stocking and RMA processes
Intermediate level expertise on MS Office (Excel & PowerPoint); MYSQL is a plus
Command of the English language, both written and verbal
Reliability, initiative, commitment and a quality‑focused attitude
Demonstrated skills in supplier operational and relationship management
Ability to lift 30–50 lbs.

Expected Compensation $28.75 – $42.73 per hour + cash and stock awards + benefits. Pay offered may vary based on location, experience and other factors.
