Automate IAM workflows: Design and deploy user provisioning and access automation using SailPoint ISC or Saviynt Script with Power: Build and maintain PowerShell scripts to manage users, groups, and access across AD and Azure AD Integrate APIs: Connect identity systems with REST APIs to streamline lifecycle management and data exchange Configure access controls: Define roles, policies, and recertification processes to maintain security and compliance Monitor & troubleshoot: Ensure system health, resolve sync issues, and support continuous improvement Support DevOps: Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and version control for IAM enhancements Collaborate across teams: Partner with IT and security teams to onboard applications and define access rules Audit & reporting: Generate reports, document policy enforcement, and support compliance initiatives Contribute to quality: Participate in code reviews, testing, and team knowledge sharing Qualifications
1–2 years of experience in IT automation or software engineering Strong PowerShell scripting skills Hands-on experience with Active Directory and Azure AD Familiarity with REST APIs and JSON Foundational knowledge of SailPoint ISC or Saviynt Understanding of access recertification and compliance concepts Experience with Git and version control Strong problem-solving and communication skills Preferred Skills
Experience with SailPoint IdentityNow or Saviynt in production environments Familiarity with Microsoft Graph API and Workday integrations Knowledge of compliance frameworks (SOX, GDPR, ISO 27001) Exposure to CI/CD tools and automated testing Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field Salary and Benefits
The base salary range for this position is $116,000 - $158,750 annually. The offered rate of compensation will be based on individual education, experience, qualifications and work location. All offers include access to a variety of benefits to employees, including health insurance coverage, an employee wellness program, life and disability insurance, 401k match, retirement savings plan, paid holidays and paid time off (PTO).
