What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Partner with stakeholders to track performance and influence strategic decision‑making
Design measurement frameworks and conduct in-depth analysis of initiatives and campaigns
Produce high‑quality data models, dashboards, and ad hoc reports for business performance analysis
Collaborate with Data Engineering and Software Engineers to develop well‑governed datasets and tools
Support teams in designing and analyzing A/B and multivariate tests
What is Required (Qualifications):
Bachelor's or Master's degree in a quantitative field such as Data Science, Statistics, or Mathematics
Minimum of 2 years of experience in data analytics, data science, or advanced analytical roles
Expert‑level SQL skills and strong expertise in data modeling and analytics engineering
Proficiency in data visualization tools like Tableau, Amplitude, and Databricks
Self‑motivated, organized, and proactive with strong problem‑solving abilities
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Experience in technology, gaming, e‑commerce, or subscription businesses
Familiarity with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and SEO tools
Knowledge of advanced analytics methods, including Python
