We provide MEP Modeling, VDC/BIM Management, Laser Scanning, and Scan to BIM services to architects, engineers, and owners. The Role We are looking for a BIM Coordinator to lead multidisciplinary modeling teams across complex engineering projects. This role requires a strong command of BIM software, leadership skills, and a strategic mindset to drive quality and coordination across project stages. You will supervise and mentor modelers, ensure adherence to best practices, project standards, and timelines. You will proactively identify missing or conflicting information, manage RFIs and RFCs, and conduct Quality Control reviews across assigned disciplines. Your role also involves influencing modeling strategies and ensuring seamless collaboration with internal teams and external stakeholders. Responsibilities Supervise and mentor modelers; ensure adherence to standards, practices, and timelines. Identify missing or conflicting information; manage RFIs/RFCs efficiently. Conduct in-depth Quality Control reviews across disciplines. Influence modeling strategies and facilitate collaboration within the team and with external stakeholders. Qualifications & Requirements An
excellent level of English
is mandatory—spoken and written; able to converse with native and non-native speakers. Solid experience modeling HVAC and plumbing in Revit for commercial, industrial, healthcare, and residential construction (process piping, ductwork, sheet metal, mechanical equipment, plumbing, pumps, AHUs, RTUs, chillers, boilers, domestic water, sanitary drainage and gray water, stormwater, medical gases, compressed air lines, pumps, heaters, and hangers). Experience coordinating or clash-detecting through Navisworks (Revizto considered but Navisworks preferred); knowledge of BIM coordination, clash reports, QAQC, and model accuracy. Mechanical or civil engineering bachelor’s degree (architects could be considered if they have extensive hands-on MEP modeling/coordinating experience). Mandatory Requirements An
excellent command of English —spoken and written. Engineering degree
(civil and mechanical). +5 years of experience using
Revit and Navisworks
for large-scale MEP projects. QAQC skills , with ability to anticipate issues by leveraging the team. Strong understanding of project scope, kick-off/setup, requirements, standards, and technical documentation. Experience managing project budgets with focus on cost control and alignment with objectives. Experience managing teams of modelers and engaging with clients. Excellent communication skills. Nice to have: Familiarity with U.S.-based construction projects. Please know if you don’t have experience with Revit in formal jobs, it will be hard to be considered.
