We provide MEP Modeling, VDC/BIM Management, Laser Scanning, and Scan‑to‑BIM services, as well as a comprehensive array of BIM production services to architects, engineers, and owners.
The Role We are looking for a BIM Coordinator to lead multidisciplinary modeling teams across complex engineering projects. This role requires a strong command of BIM software, leadership skills, and a strategic mindset to drive quality and coordination across project stages.
As a BIM Coordinator, you will be responsible for supervising and mentoring modelers, ensuring adherence to best practices, project standards, and timelines. You will proactively identify missing or conflicting information, manage RFIs and RFCs efficiently, and conduct in-depth Quality Control reviews across assigned disciplines. Your role goes beyond execution—you will influence modeling strategies and ensure seamless collaboration within the team and with external stakeholders.
Minimum Mandatory Requirements
An excellent level of English, both spoken and written, is an absolute must. Candidates without this requirement will not be considered.
Solid experience modeling HVAC and plumbing in Revit for commercial, industrial, healthcare, and residential construction. Experience with process piping, ductwork, sheet metal, mechanical equipment, plumbing, pumps, AHUs, RTUs, chillers, boilers, domestic water, sanitary drainage, gray water, stormwater, medical gases, compressed air lines, heaters, and hangers.
Experience coordinating or clash‑detecting through Navisworks (Revizto may also be considered), knowledge of BIM coordination, clash report, QAQC, and model accuracy.
A mechanical or civil engineering bachelors degree (architects may be considered if they have extensive experience modeling and coordinating MEP trades themselves).
