Akkodis is seeking a

JAVA Developer

for a

contract

with a client in

Columbus, OH (Remote) .

Rate Range: $45/hour to $53/hour. Negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

Java Developer Job Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain Java-based applications using advanced Java concepts and frameworks.

Implement front-end components using Angular 13+ to create responsive and dynamic user interfaces.

Write and optimize SQL queries for data access and manipulation in Oracle databases.

Develop and execute unit tests using JUnit and Mockito to ensure code quality and reliability.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate APIs and manage code using Git and CI/CD tools.

Troubleshoot and debug applications, ensuring performance, scalability, and security across platforms.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Minimum 6–8 years of hands‑on experience in Java development.

Advanced proficiency in Java APIs, JUnit, Mockito, and Oracle SQL.

Strong experience with Angular 13+ and familiarity with CI/CD tools and methodologies.

Pay Details $45.00 to $53.00 per hour.
