Partner with the Best: As a key member of the Baker Hughes Banking Operations team, you will support and execute global banking initiatives across our enterprise. This team is responsible for managing all transactional activities related to global bank account operations, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and operational excellence. The Lead Treasury Analyst will be part of the Global Banking Team in Baker Hughes Treasury and will establish a secure and efficient bank account structure, manage KYC with financial institutions, open/close bank accounts, add/remove signatories and administer bank platforms. Responsibilities

Partner with various business teams to understand banking requirements and resolve banking queries/issues. Own the execution and management of Bank documentation for account opening, modification, and closure; coordinate with Business teams, Global services teams and Banking partners to ensure smooth execution of account services requests. Perform periodic reconciliation of account data in centralized tools with external Banking partners, ensuring timely resolution of discrepancies. Manage inactive signers and revoke access as signers leave the company. Conduct periodic audits of bank signatories and banking services to ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulatory requirements; identify discrepancies and support timely updates to maintain secure account governance. Maintain repository of documentation requirements for service setups with Banking partners and ensure timely resolution of discrepancies for smooth execution of requests. Manage system administration of online banking portals for Baker Hughes bank accounts. Support treasury with special projects and ad hoc initiative implementations as needed. Take ownership of initiatives to improve banking operations and documentation workflows; act as process lead to identify inefficiencies, propose enhancements, and implement best practices across global banking activities. Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting from an accredited university is preferred or equivalent knowledge and experience. Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Treasury or Finance Operations. Spanish and Portuguese language proficiency. Excellent communication skills in verbal and written form. Experience interacting with banks and financial institutions in Latin American countries. Ability to manage relationships and build effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Working experience at a financial institution is desired; familiarity with banking operations and compliance requirements. Work in a way that works for you
