What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Design, configure, implement, maintain, and support clinical applications of basic to medium complexity
Solve routine issues and apply solutions for components of clinical applications or programs
Modify system configurations to maximize the efficient use of clinical applications
Create and maintain clinical application documentation through intermediate analysis and documentation skills
Proactively partner with customers to understand and meet their needs
What is Required (Qualifications)
Bachelor’s degree in a related field and one year of related experience
Sufficient educational background and/or experience to perform clinical applications analysis or programming
Ability to assist in designing, debugging, documenting, and maintaining clinical applications
Knowledge of clinical documentation utilized in ambulatory and inpatient settings
Must reside in the Greater Houston metro area or be willing to travel for on‑site support as needed
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
IT experience in desktop support, programming, and Epic support
Epic certifications or proficiencies in any clinical application (Ambulatory, ClinDoc, Orders)
