Responsibilities Core Responsibilities
Program Management (40%)
Monitor and control production jobs without assigned PMs, focusing on franchise programs and high‑value contracts.
Develop and manage executable program plans with risk mitigation strategies to exceed annual targets for orders, revenue, profitability, and cash.
Collaborate with planning, procurement, and QA to resolve issues and meet delivery objectives.
Interface with operations and contracts to provide timely internal and external status updates.
Track milestone payment events and ensure accurate execution.
Partner with Program Financial Analysts and Senior PMs on EACs and financial forecasting.
Participate in EAC and program reviews to assess performance and drive improvements.
Define program objectives and strategies aligned with customer and contractual requirements.
Control timely start and completion of tasks to meet cost and schedule goals.
Coordinate action plans with Integrated Product Teams (IPTs) to fulfill contractual obligations.
Optimize manpower and resources, manage subcontracts, and execute material plans.
Conduct regular reviews of program performance against approved plans.
Implement proactive risk management with regular team reviews and mitigation planning.
Drive continuous improvement through process optimization, training, and team development.
Establish management reserves to address unexpected challenges.
Lead issue resolution processes with clear action planning and closure.
Bid Preparation & Presentation Support (10%)
Serve as backup for compiling and presenting Phase 2A bid packages.
Conduct R&A order research and manage bid documentation in Salesforce.
RMA Workflow Management (50%)
Manage the RMA workflow, ensuring approvals and PO processing in Salesforce.
Coordinate with RMA team and contracts to maintain accurate status updates.
Align customer obligations with production goals through close collaboration with operations.
Design and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications Minimum:
Bachelor’s Degree and 1 year work experience in a related discipline within the DoD industry or a Master’s Degree.
Experience managing $1M+ US Defense related programs.
Proven ability to build and maintain relevant internal and external relationships, with strong customer rapport and proven customer trust.
Experience in successfully driving program performance against business and customer goals.
Strong financial acumen associated with proposal pricing, contract negotiations and estimate costs at completion.
Must be a “US Person” under US export laws (or eligible for approval under a U.S. Government export license) as this role requires access to technology, materials, software or hardware that is controlled by US export laws.
Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD SECRET security clearance.
Preferred:
Bachelor’s Degree and 4+ years’ work experience or a Master’s Degree with 3+ years’ experience in the DoD industry.
Experienced Program Manager on Antennas, Precision Positioners, and/or RF/Microwave programs with the DoD industry.
Multi‑discipline experience in Program Management, Operations Management, Business Development, or Engineering.
B.S in Engineering.
PMI Certification.
Active DoD SECRET clearance.

$76,483.39 to $110,975.89 annually.
Applicable pay within the posted range may vary based on factors including geographical location, job function, education, and experience.
