Responsibilities
Clinical background preferred to minimize errors with performing administrative tasks such as: Transcribe Adverse Event referrals in Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel for State reporting Set up Adverse Event cases in QCare Triage Adverse Event cases in group mailbox Assist with medical records request and clinical reviews (as needed) Prepare case reviews/case summaries for discussion with Chief Medical Officer (as needed) Submit inquiries to delegates (case management agencies, transportation vendor) as needed Qualifications
LPN or RN License 1+ year of experience as LPN or RN reviewing medical records 1+ year of experience working with Microsoft Office (Excel or Word)
