RF Optimization Engineer (Onsite), Indianapolis

About the Role:

We are hiring skilled

RF Optimization Engineers

with hands-on expertise in

Ericsson LTE/5G networks . This is a fully onsite role focused on advanced

network optimization, troubleshooting, and KPI improvement . The ideal candidate must have strong technical expertise in LTE/5G optimization and be

available for full-time onsite work in Indianapolis. Key Responsibilities:

Analyze and optimize

LTE/5G KPIs

to address issues in coverage, handovers, interference, and user experience. Perform

drive test post-processing and cluster-level tuning

using tools like

TEMS ,

Actix , and

MapInfo . Execute

parameter optimization and feature activation

via

Ericsson ENM

and OSS platforms. Conduct

root cause analysis (RCA)

for dropped calls, low throughput, and poor mobility performance. Lead

5G NR optimization

including CA, MIMO, VoNR, DSS, and interworking with LTE. Prepare

performance reports and optimization recommendations

to support continuous network improvement. Requirements:

6+ years

of

RF Optimization experience , including

2+ years on Ericsson LTE/5G networks . Strong understanding of

Ericsson air interface, call flow, and KPI tuning principles . Proficient in

Ericsson ENM ,

TEMS Investigation ,

Actix Analyzer , and related OSS tools. Skilled in

parameter tuning, interference analysis, and handover optimization . Solid grasp of VoLTE/VoNR performance, NSA/SA optimization, and mobility management. Must be

authorized to work in the U.S.
