Manufacturing Associate

Temp to Hire
Pay:
$23 per hour
Shift/Hours:
Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Essential Duties:
Execute daily production schedule including changeovers, image reviews, and packaging.
Operate robotic equipment and perform manual tasks in a controlled manufacturing environment.
Load and unload equipment and package products.
Follow standard operating procedures and good documentation practices.
Communicate status updates to department Leads and Supervisors.
Work independently and as part of a team to complete daily tasks.
At a minimum, you’ll need:
High School Diploma or GED (required).
1–2 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
Ability to follow diagram instructions.
Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
