We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Client Service Associate to join our dynamic team. In this pivotal role, you will serve as the first point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional customer service and support. As a Client Service Associate, you will be responsible for managing client inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring that every client experience is positive and efficient. Key Responsibilities
Assist clients with inquiries and provide product information in a professional manner. Respond to client emails and phone calls promptly and accurately. Resolve client issues and provide effective solutions to ensure satisfaction. Maintain accurate client records and documentation using our internal systems. Coordinate with other departments to address client needs and follow up on requests. Prepare reports and updates for management on client service trends and feedback. Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
Bachelor's degree in business, communications, or related field preferred. Proven experience in customer service or client relations roles. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills. Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. Benefits
