We would like to hire a Senior Software Engineer for development and deployment activities for our OS-based diagnostic-test tools in Diagnostics Engineering Group. We need an engineer with good understanding of system architecture, operating systems and IO sub-systems. Excellent communication, collaboration and influencing skills are a must. Previous experience developing hardware-focused tests and tools at OS level is highly desirable.
The Diagnostics Engineering Group is responsible for developing, validating and releasing diagnostic-test tools for all of Oracle system platforms. DEG also sustains these tools as well as support them across user base in Engineering, Manufacturing, Cloud data centers, and development partners. These tools are critically necessary for platform validation and for platform shipment from manufacturing. Our tools support all Oracle hardware platforms, including Cloud, Engineered Systems, X86 and ARM. These tools provide test coverage for all system components such as Memory, Processor, GPU, Storage, Network, Power, Interconnects, etc.

US: Hiring Range in USD from: $79,200 to $178,100 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.
