Responsibilities
Leading and coordinating logistics operations across all transport modes—Air, Sea, Courier, Land, and Project—ensuring timely and compliant execution.
Acting as the regional logistics focal point, working closely with Shipping Managers, Transportation, and Customs teams as well as other cross‑functional partners to ensure seamless logistics operations.
Supporting logistics operations for capital projects, including oversize and break‑bulk freight, ensuring safe and efficient delivery.
Designing and overseeing domestic transportation networks, including milk‑run and shuttle services, and implementing consolidation programs to reduce costs.
Ensuring compliance with DOT regulations, international trade laws, and internal policies.
Supporting the implementation and optimization of the Transportation Management System (TMS), including integration with logistics dashboards and performance analytics.
Collaborating with the Logistics Center of Excellence (CoE) to enhance processes, procedures, and reporting capabilities.
Monitoring logistics performance using KPIs, cost analysis, and operational metrics; delivering actionable insights for continuous improvement.
Engaging with suppliers, carriers, and internal stakeholders to ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment.
Reviewing and approving logistics invoices in accordance with company policies.
Assisting HQ Logistics Sourcing in GSA negotiations when required.
Driving lean initiatives focused on process simplification, automation, and cost efficiency.
Maintaining proper documentation to support compliance and audit readiness.
Championing Health, Safety, Environment, and Quality (HSEQ) standards across all logistics activities.
Providing leadership and mentorship to logistics staff, fostering a culture of development and operational excellence.
Qualifications
Hold a bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution or equivalent professional experience, preferably in the energy sector.
Possess at least 10 years of experience managing logistics for capital projects.
Have a minimum of 3 years in leadership roles with proven team development and performance management.
Strong knowledge of DOT regulations, domestic transportation networks, and TMS systems.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills with the ability to influence cross‑functional teams.

Location: Houston, TX Salary Range: $115,850 – $178,400 per year
