Engineer/HVAC Mechanic (FDIC) Job Summary

EMCOR Government Services has an immediate need for an Engineer/HVAC Mechanic in Arlington, VA. This position is covered by the CBA for Local 99. Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Conduct a routine and ongoing assessment of the building systems operations. Perform tests, tours and analyses data to assure the proper operation of building machinery. Perform minor repairs and preventive maintenance on building equipment, machinery and components located in the interior or exterior of the building. Qualifications

Must possess a current CFC Universal License Must have 3 – 6 years’ experience as a Building Engineer in a commercial environment. Must have EMS experience. Must be able to work any shift assigned. Must be able to work weekends. Must be able to work overtime. Must be able to work safely. Must be a self-starter. Must be willing to adhere to company policies. Physical Demands
