The Corporate Recruiter plays a key role in attracting and hiring top talent across the organization. This role partners closely with hiring managers to understand business needs, manage the full-cycle recruitment process, and deliver an exceptional candidate experience. The recruiter will drive employer branding, talent sourcing, and recruitment process optimization to support the company’s growth goals.
Responsibilities
Manage full-cycle recruiting for corporate and technical positions, from job posting to offer acceptance. Partner with department leaders to identify talent needs and develop effective recruitment strategies. Source and engage qualified candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and direct outreach. Conduct resume screening, phone interviews, and coordinate interviews with hiring teams. Update recruitment metrics and reports on a weekly basis. Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for recurring and future roles. Collaborate with HR and hiring managers to ensure competitive and compliant job offers. Enhance employer branding through creative campaigns and participation in career fairs and networking events. Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience). 5+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience in a corporate environment. Strong sourcing skills with experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and other recruiting tools. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Ability to manage multiple requisitions and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with employment laws and hiring practices across multiple states a plus. Preferred
Experience recruiting in manufacturing, engineering, or materials industries. Seniority level
