Role Description : The Feline Pain Strategy Director is responsible for leading all marketing efforts and U.S. planning for new and mature products in the Feline Pain therapeutic area. Key brands include Solensia, Bonqat, and Simbadol, with cross-portfolio collaboration on other feline products. This leader will manage 1-2 marketing professionals and have P&L responsibility for the feline pain portfolio. Responsibilities

Develop and execute the strategic plan for Feline Pain including Professional and Consumer channels in collaboration with a cross-functional team. Develop and deliver the 3-year strategic and financial operating plan. Lead, coach, and develop a team of 1-2 marketers. Manage the P&L by ensuring key brand revenues, profit margins, and expenses align with division and company expectations. Prepare and present therapeutic area reviews and business updates to Senior Management. Collaborate with Business Development and Global Commercial Development to facilitate acquisition and development of new products and line extensions. Lead Feline Pain commercial lifecycle planning with Medical Affairs to ensure new data and formulations optimize lifecycle of current brands. Collaborate with Independent Sales, Corporate & Specialty, Channel, and Veterinary Professional Services Management to align business strategy and execution at the customer level. Collaborate with other Therapeutic Area teams to enhance cross-portfolio opportunities. Qualifications & Experience

These qualifications, experiences, and skills are highly desirable; however, they do not preclude exceptions based on an individual's performance history and potential. BS/BA required; MBA preferred. 10+ years of related experience with a proven record in branding, strategy development, and communications management. Strong financial analysis skills with the ability to manage budgets and expenses. Experience working with cross-functional teams to develop and execute brand strategies that achieve and surpass targets. Demonstrated ability to be a team player and a coach/leader. Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. Ability to oversee complex, cross-functional projects with input from multiple stakeholders. Strong analytical, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills. Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication; strong negotiation/persuasion skills. In-depth knowledge of marketing disciplines including brand management, market research, and customer insights. Proficiency with MS Office; ability to learn Zoetis systems. Good judgment and thoughtful decision-making. Ability to influence peers with confidence and clarity. Location & Travel

This position may require occasional travel for industry conferences and collaboration with key stakeholders. Location flexibility and the option to work remotely or from a corporate office may apply depending on policy and team needs. Compensation & Benefits

The US base salary range for this full-time position is

$160,080–$230,115

and is determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, pay is influenced by work location and factors such as job-related skills, experience, and education. The position is eligible for short-term and long-term incentives.
