What this job involves:

As an Executive Assistant at JLL, you will serve as a strategic partner to senior leadership, providing comprehensive administrative support that enables executives to focus on driving business growth and client success. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, discretion, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced commercial real estate environment. You will be instrumental in shaping a brighter way for our organization by streamlining operations, facilitating communication across teams, and ensuring seamless execution of executive initiatives. Working in our culture of collaboration, you will interact with stakeholders at all levels, from internal teams to high‑profile clients, while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and confidentiality.

What your day‑to‑day will look like:

Manage complex executive calendars, coordinate meetings, and arrange domestic and international travel

Initiate collaboration across leadership teams and peers throughout JLL to drive cohesive insights and knowledge sharing

Prepare executive communications, presentations, and reports with attention to detail and brand consistency

Serve as a liaison between executives and internal teams, clients, and external partners

Plan and execute executive events, board meetings, and client entertainment activities oftentimes requiring on‑site presence

Handle confidential information and sensitive matters with complete discretion

Process expense reports, invoices, and administrative tasks to support executive productivity

Anticipate needs and proactively solve problems to ensure smooth daily operations

Required qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience

Minimum 5+ years of executive assistant experience, preferably in professional services or real estate

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, calendar management systems, and travel booking platforms

Strong organizational and time management abilities with keen attention to detail

Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with discretion and integrity

Flexibility to work extended hours and adapt to changing priorities

Willingness to be present in office environment to remain aware of facility details and establish local relationships

Preferred qualifications:

Experience supporting C‑level executives in a corporate environment

Knowledge of commercial real estate industry practices and terminology

Experience with expense management systems and corporate travel policies

Demonstrated project management skills and ability to work independently

Multilingual capabilities to support our global operations

This position is hybrid with consistent in office presence required in either the following locations: Chicago, Charlotte, Dallas, or NYC.
