RAPP Dallas is looking for a Senior Project Manager to join our award-winning Program Management team.
Your Role We’re in search of a creative and adaptable Senior Project Manager well-versed in CRM marketing. The Senior Project Manager will lead campaign planning, resource allocations, tactical execution and provide our client leadership with visibility into the status of project work and ongoing campaigns. The ideal candidate will enjoy partnering with Client Service, Creative, Design Studio, Proofreading/Quality Assurance, Technology and Analytics teams to deliver impactful customer experiences.
Your Responsibilities
Own Projects: champion insightful planning of project scope, including critical milestones, time schedules, staff resourcing, ongoing monitoring of scope and the change-control process; create and execute staff plans and forecast resource allocation; lead and participate in status calls to keep stakeholders informed; coordinate deployments with ESP vendor for email deliverables and with internal Print Production for direct mail deliverables; minimize agency risk and ensure quality and timely delivery of all components; contingency planning for roadblocks.
Cultivate Relationships: facilitate team meetings and manage multiple streams of work; translate client requirements into actionable tasks; act as communication liaison between Client Service, Creative, Design Studio, Proofreading/Quality Assurance, Technology and Analytics teams; keep stakeholders informed throughout the project lifecycle; mentor and support the Project Management team; direct mentorship of 1-3 Project Managers; partner with senior leaders to deliver complex programs.

Strong understanding of end-to-end agency processes
6-8 years of Project Management experience (email, web, print media, or DM)
Experience in a marketing agency or client-side marketing environment
Budget and schedule tracking in Workfront and MS Excel
Experience with sophisticated PM software; Workfront preferred
Ability to quickly build rapport with cross-functional teams
Ability to set expectations and align differing viewpoints
Comfortable engaging directly with clients
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
