Base pay range $120,000.00/hr - $125,000.00/hr
Responsibilities
Hands‑on code contribution and delivery.
Working with the product and design teams to understand end‑user requirements and user stories, then translating that into an effective technical approach.
Developing and testing your code, leveraging a sprint based, Agile methodology.
Leveraging AI‑assisted tools to accelerate development, improve code quality, and explore new problem‑solving approaches.
Working closely with QA members on the team to ensure the code you develop meets acceptance criteria, including doing rework where necessary.
Participating in brainstorming sessions and having the chance to contribute innovative and original ideas to our technology and products.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent education/experience.
8+ years of experience in software development.
5+ years of experience in the development of applications utilizing the Microsoft Stack (.NET/C#/WebAPI).
3+ years of experience in developing Microsoft Azure PaaS and SaaS solutions.
Excellent C# skills and an in-depth knowledge of .NET.
Experience developing applications on Azure using services, like App Service, Service Fabric, Azure Functions, Notification Hubs, Event Hubs, Cosmos DB, Application Insights, Databricks, etc.
Experience integrating AI into daily development workflows — using modern AI coding assistants and prompt‑driven problem solving where appropriate.
Experience building web applications with Blazor is a plus.
Experience or demonstrable knowledge of Scrum, and/or Kanban.
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
