Base pay range $55,000.00/yr - $65,000.00/yr

In partnership with Maryland’s Developmental Disabilities Administration, Liberty Healthcare operates a statewide program which endeavors to develop continuous quality improvement processes that enhance person-centered service delivery and support to people who are living with developmental disabilities, so they may live their best lives.

To support this initiative, Liberty is now hiring for a full time ‘Senior Quality Reviewer’ position.

The responsibilities of this role include:

Contributing to the State of Maryland’s pursuit of accreditation with The Council on Quality and Leadership (CQL)

Onsite meetings with residential and day service providers

Conducting Basic Assurance reviews with providers

Conducting interviews related to Personal Outcome Measures (POMS)

Providing feedback and technical assistance to providers

Collaborating with stakeholders at the Developmental Disabilities Administration Regional Office

Approximately 75% of your work week will be dedicated to traveling throughout the region to provider locations and conducting onsite visits. Approximately 25% of your work week will be dedicated to report writing and administrative activities, which may be done remotely from your home office.

You can expect a starting salary of $55,000 with an increase to $65,000 upon successfully completing all required training and obtaining your Basic Assurances certification with CQL.

You can also expect to receive thirty days of cumulative paid time off annually, reimbursement for work-related travel expenses, and other benefits.

You will receive comprehensive training by CQL on Personal Outcome Measures (POMS) and Basic Assurances.

You are a good fit for this position if you possess the following:

At least four years of experience supporting people who are living with developmental disabilities

Knowledge of quality assurance principles and methodologies

Ability to develop productive working relationships with people at all professional levels

Analytical skills

Outstanding verbal and written communication skills

Knowledge of CQL and person-centered practices

Willingness to travel extensively throughout the region (approximately 75%)
