What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Collaborate with business and digital teams to understand requirements and provide design and configuration guidance for the ERP system
Design and implement solutions leveraging SAP S/4HANA to enhance Plan to Deliver processes
Support the creation of innovative solutions aligned with digital and business strategies
Document common solutions, including configuration documents and process flows
Mentor less experienced team members in the Plan to Deliver business process hierarchy
What is Required (Qualifications)
Minimum of 10+ years' experience configuring and supporting SAP ERP systems
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics (STEM), or related discipline
Experience in design and configuration of Aftermarket/MRO processes in SAP
Proficiency in SAP (S4 HANA) system configuration, data management, and reporting capabilities
Ability to travel up to 30% domestically
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Knowledge of MRO Planning Tools
Experience with Sales, Inventory & Operations Planning, including Kinaxis, APO, IBP
Familiarity with agile frameworks and iterative approaches to software development
Experience with spare parts planning, statistical forecasting, and consumption
Understanding of corrective/preventive maintenance processes
