Job Title: Junior Compliance Risk Analyst (federal and state regulatory compliance) (1 to 5 years experience only)
Location: Marlborough, MA – Hybrid
Job Responsibilities
Analyze and draft reports for product safety, recall management, and compliance projects.
Support compliance projects related to state, federal, or international product laws and safety initiatives.
Maintain databases and documentation to ensure compliance with regulations.
Provide administrative support for product recalls and compliance efforts.
Assist with daily compliance program tasks, including incident response.
Perform additional duties as needed.
Skills Required
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in a fast-paced setting.
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
Ability to learn quickly, follow directions, and work well in a team.
Flexibility to adapt to changing environments.
Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
Preferences
Experience with SharePoint.
Familiarity with federal and state regulations.
Previous experience in compliance roles.
