We are seeking a Senior Litigation Associate with 5+ years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in civil litigation, excellent legal research and writing skills, and proven courtroom experience. You will be managing cases, drafting pleadings, conducting discovery, and advocating for clients in motion practice and trials. Key Responsibilities

Manage all phases of litigation from inception through trial and appeal Draft and respond to pleadings, motions, and discovery requests Conduct legal research and provide strategic advice to partners and clients Prepare witnesses and participate in depositions and trial preparation Represent clients in hearings and trials in state and federal courts Collaborate with partners and other attorneys on complex legal issues Mentor junior associates and support firm business development Qualifications

JD from an accredited law school and admission to the state bar Minimum 6 years of experience in civil litigation, preferably with exposure to commercial cases and/or construction Strong writing, analytical, and oral advocacy skills Experience handling discovery and motion practice Ability to work independently and manage multiple cases simultaneously Professional, client-oriented approach with strong ethics Prior experience in trial advocacy is highly preferred Preferred

Experience with alternative dispute resolution (ADR) and settlement negotiations Familiarity with electronic discovery tools and legal technology Why Join Us?
