Key Responsibilities

Partner with senior business leaders to understand strategic initiatives and business challenges, identifying key data sources and analytical methods to demonstrate measurable value.

Develop and deliver advanced statistical and business analyses that provide actionable insights and strategic recommendations.

Mentor and support analysts through technical guidance, quality review, and skills development.

Lead the ongoing advancement of organizational data and analytical capabilities through content creation, training, and mentorship.

Design and deliver business intelligence solutions, including ad hoc analyses, recurring reports, dashboards, and predictive models using tools such as Power BI or Tableau.

Collaborate with technical teams to transition recurring analyses into production environments.

Develop and validate forecasting, predictive, and prescriptive models to support scenario planning and strategic decision-making.

Produce original analyses and visualizations in response to emerging business trends or stakeholder requests, and present findings clearly and persuasively to leadership.

Qualifications Education & Experience

Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative or analytical discipline such as data analytics, statistics, applied mathematics, finance, computer science, information systems, or business administration.

At least 5 years of professional experience in a data and analytics role working directly with business leaders.

Demonstrated expertise across the full analytics spectrum—descriptive, diagnostic, predictive, and prescriptive.

Experience partnering with technology, cybersecurity, or engineering teams is preferred.

Knowledge & Skills

Deep understanding of analytical techniques, business performance metrics, and data-driven decision-making methodologies.

Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills, including the ability to present complex data insights clearly.

Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality outcomes in dynamic, fast-paced environments.

Advanced proficiency in SQL or similar tools for querying and manipulating data; strong understanding of database management best practices.

Expert‑level experience with Tableau and/or Power BI.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) and related analytical or visualization tools.

Ability to work independently, think critically, and translate complex data into actionable business insights.
