area is seeking a dynamic
Restaurant Manager . A brand on the rise, expanding its reach while the scratch kitchens pump out the freshest meals with purpose behind every plate. You'll lead both FOH and BOH crews through growth mode, steering the ship while scaling the mission and impact. This isn't just managing shifts—it's cultivating a spot where the next generation thrives and building something that matters.
Compensation:
$65,000-$75,000 (Commensurate with experience) + profit-sharing bonus, comprehensive healthcare, a great PTO plan, flexible schedule, 401k + match, and more!
Qualifications
Prior experience as an FOH leader within the restaurant industry
Exceptional leadership skills and people management skills
Knowledge of facility and vendor management best practices
Previous experience indirectly overseeing a team of 20+
Responsibilities
Overall team development, training, and continuous learning
Facilities process and management - ensuring the restaurants' facilities are maintained and up to date
Identify areas of improvement and implement best practices to improve overall performance
Collaboration with on-site personnel
