What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

Drive strategic sales initiatives by identifying, qualifying, and closing new business opportunities in the assigned territory

Develop and execute a territory plan focused on Agiliti Surgical Services

Manage customer relationships with doctors, hospitals, and surgery center personnel through regular visits

Conduct business reviews and adapt sales processes to meet customer needs

Stay current on Agiliti’s service offerings and contribute to effective sales strategies

What is Required (Qualifications):

BS/BA degree in business, sales, or marketing

Minimum of 2 years of healthcare sales or related experience

Operating Room knowledge and medical device sales experience

Must be available to travel up to 50%

Current, valid, and unrestricted driver's license with a safe driving record

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

Experience working in a team-based selling environment

Previous experience selling services

Strong understanding of hospital finance, reimbursement, regulatory, and safety practices
