Cuisinart is seeking a strategic, data-driven and creatively minded Senior Digital Marketing Manager to amplify our brand’s impact across every digital channel. In this pivotal role, you will architect and execute impactful media strategies and plans that expand Cuisinart’s online presence, boost brand visibility, and foster deeper consumer engagement at every touchpoint — from connected TV to social channels to Cuisinart.com and leading retail platforms. You’ll collaborate closely with central ecommerce teams to launch digital campaigns that raise the bar for the brand, ensuring our messaging is consistent, compelling, and aligned with our brand’s identity. This is a high-profile opportunity for a dynamic marketer with a proven record of driving digital growth, managing external partners, and building a premium consumer brand experience online. This role reports into the Director of Media & PR. Responsibilities

Media Strategy & Execution: Develop and lead the integrated digital marketing strategy across paid, owned, and earned brand channels to drive double digit growth YoY. Develop and execute a multi-channeled digital strategy including a brand campaign and multiple product campaigns to elevate the Cuisinart brand overall with measurable results, aligning with goals and brand voice. Execute, manage and oversee all paid digital channels including writing media briefs: social, programmatic, online video, CTV, email, influencer, brand partnerships, ambassadors and more. Own digital marketing dashboards and reporting, overseeing all optimization recommendations. Work across multiple agency partners including creative agencies and internal teams to execute best in class digital campaigns with the proper creative assets to meet channel objectives. Partner with brand, product, retail, central eCommerce teams to drive consistent messaging and campaign execution ensuring all digital campaigns align with brand guidelines and growth goals. Partner with DTC team on SEM and SEO ad copy and projects. Develop digital marketing strategies that ensure efficiencies are realized both internally and across agencies to maximize both organic and paid channels. Identify growth opportunities through new channel testing, technologies, or platforms. Manage the digital marketing budget, including planning and forecasting. Team Leadership

Manage 1-2 direct reports Collaborate cross-functionally with creative, product, sales and central Ecommerce teams: Retail media (Amazon, Walmart, Target, Costco) and DTC team. Work with the Cuisinart Consumer Insights Team on campaign measurement including brand lift studies, consumer conversation, social listening and competitive activities. Brand & Innovation

Ensure all digital touchpoints align with our premium brand identity and tone of voice. Stay ahead of digital trends and consumer behavior to bring innovative ideas to the table. Actively participate and test in BETA’s including new and emerging digital platforms. Essential Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, or related field. 6+ years of progressive experience in digital marketing, ideally within home/lifestyle brand or CPG 3+ years of managerial experience, managing direct reports, agencies and external partners. Experience across all aspects of Digital Marketing including Social (Meta, TikTok, Reddit), Google, OLV/CTV, Programmatic, Email, SEO, SEM and more. Must possess strong analytical skills and be highly detailed-oriented with a data driven mindset. Must be accountable and organized with the ability to handle a multitude of projects. Must possess strong oral and written communication, with the ability to present to large teams. Must be a team player with a positive attitude and strong collaboration skills. Expert ability level in PowerPoint, Excel and Word Additional Desired Qualifications

In-house agency experience or managing an agency plus. Understanding of retailer media: Amazon Ads, Target Roundel, Walmart Connect Ad platform experience: Criteo, Citrus, PromoteIQ Analytics and reporting experience: GA-4, Tableau, LookerStudio Environmental Factors

Working conditions are normal for an office environment. Must be able to sit for extended periods of time. Must be able to use a computer keyboard and view a monitor for extended periods of time. This role requires on-site presence Monday through Thursday, with the flexibility to work remotely from anywhere on Fridays. What we offer
