Domestic Trucking Sales Representative (Remote) Job Type: Full-time; Remote
Responsibilities
Identify and develop new business opportunities in the domestic full truckload (FTL) and less-than-truckload (LTL) market.
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers to ensure repeat business and client satisfaction.
Leverage industry contacts to open doors and generate qualified sales leads.
Meet or exceed individual sales targets, tracking metrics, and progress consistently.
Collaborate with internal operations teams to ensure a seamless handoff from sales to load execution.
Experience
Minimum 3 years of outside sales experience in the domestic FTL/LTL market.
Proven track record of success in the logistics or freight brokerage industry.
Existing industry relationships to help jump-start business development (a transferable book of business is a plus, but not required).
Strong understanding of sales metrics and performance tracking.
Stable work history (no frequent job changes).
Must be a U.S. Resident or U.S. Citizen.
This position offers a competitive base salary.
