Clinician/Family Counselor

Job Description Pay: $50.00 - $60.00 per hour
We are seeking a Clinician (LCSW, LMFT, LMHC, or license‑eligible) to provide impactful, trauma‑informed care to children, adolescents, adults, and families in office, school‑based, and telehealth settings.
Key Responsibilities
Provide individual and family counseling using evidence‑based modalities (CBT, TF‑CBT, MI, etc.).
Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, track progress, and complete discharge/transfer summaries.
Maintain a full caseload (25 billable hours per week) while meeting agency productivity standards.
Ensure all client documentation is accurate and completed in a timely manner through the EHR system.
Collaborate with supervisors and colleagues to enhance service delivery and client outcomes.
Offer flexibility in scheduling, including evening availability (until 8 pm Mon‑Thu) and occasional weekend telehealth sessions.
Participate in agency meetings, trainings, and community outreach events.
Qualifications
Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage & Family Therapy, or Psychology (required).
LCSW, LMFT, LMHC, or license‑eligible in the state of Florida (required).
Minimum of 3 years of relevant clinical experience, preferably with trauma‑focused and identity‑related issues.
Cultural awareness and ability to provide sensitive care to diverse communities; bilingual English/Spanish or English/Creole strongly preferred.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and EHR systems.
Reliable transportation, valid Florida driver’s license, and insurance (required for local travel).
