High End Business Director Caribbean & Latin America B V L G A R I is seeking a
High End Business Director
to join its
Caribbean & Latin America regional office
in Coral Gables, Florida. As a member of the leadership team, the
High End Business Director
will be responsible for the growth of High Jewelry & High-End Watches turnover across the
Caribbean & Latin America Region
in all channels. This includes defining the HJ/HEW strategy, managing, developing, and growing the HE client portfolio, contributing to the HJ/HEW turnover, and developing the HJ/HEW sales team and talent pool. The
Director
will be leading the strategy and its execution for new and existing client engagement and bespoke experiences. This person will enhance client relations, grow the High-End Club community, and support event implementation. This position will work closely with Retail, Merchandising, CRM, Training and Marketing teams as well as store teams. S/He will be a Brand Ambassador and deliver service at the highest level of excellence. Becoming a

Key Responsibilities: Define and implement the HJ/HEW strategy Responsible for overall HJ/HEW sales & sales development. Responsible for end-to-end strategy and execution of High End business. Define the calendar for the region and how to drive sales from each activity (event & store channel). Analysis of the business and collections & Identification of key points to build plans for future business development. Work closely with central HE team both on clienteling action plan and strategy definition for the area of responsibility. Brief local merchandising team on collection product selection for both stores and events based on selling plan and client’s needs. Elaborate competitive intelligence briefing. HE Clients portfolio management & development Instill a structured, client-centric mindset within the team focusing on building long term relationships with HE clients. Drive and generate turnover through clienteling and business development strategy. Leverage client portfolio analysis to set local clienteling objectives and priorities. Ensure the accuracy and quality of the HE client database, and effectively allocate the clienteling budget to support strategic initiatives. Regularly review top HE client data to inform event planning and individualized client journey plans. Devise a plan of actions by client profiles (existing & new clients) and priority client clusters. Detect and bring new clients to the brand and grow the clients portfolio of all the stores, driving partnership within the regions. Define networking strategies. Develop relationship with UHNW client network, meeting personally each client and working with sales team to exceed client’s expectation. Grow the talents of High-End Club and coach potential HJ/HEW sales teams in collaboration with Store Managers Develop and drive the number of client advisors in HE club. Identify and develop through coaching HE potential with Store managers, creating and implementing a plan for development (Rising Gems Program). Follow and coach HJ/HEW sales team in order to improve HE client recruitment and performance in collaboration with Marketing team and Sales Training. Building, animating and developing local High-End communities and organizing regular meetings in collaboration with Sales Training, Marketing and other relevant departments to develop the confidence and competences of the team on technical skills, client relationship building, lifestyle training (arts, auctions, exhibitions, collections, etc). Events Define the right client targeting and lead the client selection process to local, regional & international events. Coordinate organization, budget, expenses and client experiences journey. Provide input to merchandising on assortment and products focus based on clients attending preferences. Accompany and train the HJ/HEW teams during event preparation. Work with sales team on building reliable selling plans. Act as a key stakeholder in the design of regional high-end events, in partnership with local leadership and the High-End Central Team, to meet sales targets and align future. initiatives with client expectations. KPI’s Quantifiable HJ/HEW follow up and reporting to Country Managing Director for: Total HJ/HEW sales. Clients portfolio management. Client Advisors eligibility to the HE Club. Profile
Key Requirements: Minimum of 15 years
of client relations/client development background, ideally within the retail / luxury environment. Strong
collaboration skills, including the ability to effectively influence and work
cross-functionally
with diverse
business channels
across different regions. Track record of success in
client relationship management or similar field . Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills. Demonstrated experience
coaching
and
mentoring
store & corporate teams. Strong
Excel
and
Power Point
skills are Professional, approachable, knowledgeable, and gracious in all interactions. A focus on quality and an evident passion for our product and service is critical. Communication in
Spanish
or
Portuguese
is
a must. The role requires the flexibility to international travel
as needed
to meet with clients and participate in industry events, which may
include weekends or holidays.
