Job Summary
The HR Technology Specialist serves as a key member of the HR Technology team, supporting the implementation, enhancement, and ongoing optimization of Oracle Fusion HCM. This role partners closely with HR and IT stakeholders to ensure system functionality aligns with business objectives throughout the implementation lifecycle and beyond. The Specialist drives strategic HRIS initiatives by translating business requirements into effective system solutions, enabling data-driven decisions and operational efficiency across HR functions. Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Human Resources, or a related field. 3–6 years of experience supporting HRIS or HCM systems, with 1–2 years of direct Oracle Fusion HCM experience preferred. Strong understanding of HR processes, data management, benefits administration, and reporting. Experience with system configuration, testing, and data validation. Proficiency in Oracle reporting tools such as OTBI or BI Publisher a plus. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Experience contributing to HR technology implementations or system enhancement projects. Major Accountabilities
Lead and support end-to-end Oracle Fusion HCM implementations, including requirements gathering, configuration, testing, go-live, and stabilization. Partner with HR leaders to define business requirements and translate them into system capabilities. Configure and maintain Oracle Fusion HCM modules to meet evolving business needs. Coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT) and manage issue resolution. Develop and maintain system documentation, process flows, and training materials. Oversee data conversion, validation, and integrations with payroll, benefits, and external systems. Provide post-implementation support and system troubleshooting. Collaborate with vendors to manage integrations and testing activities. Monitor Oracle system updates to assess impacts and identify enhancement opportunities. Create and analyze HR data reports and dashboards to support strategic decisions. Ensure compliance with data governance, security, and privacy standards. G.D.
