We are developing the future of Army Aviation with the Bell Future Long-Range Assault Aircraft (FLRAA) part of the US Army's Future Vertical Lift (FVL) modernization effort. We are also developing the Bell 525 Relentless and Bell's High-Speed Vertical Take-Off and Landing (HSVTOL) program, a next generation stop-fold tilt-rotor . This position is onsite in Fort Worth.

Operations Support Team

The Operations Support team plays a critical role in ensuring the seamless operation of manufacturing sites and programs. This team is dedicated to providing technical expertise, operational assistance, and problem-solving capabilities to address challenges that arise during production processes. By working closely with manufacturing teams, engineering departments, and program managers, the Operations Support team ensures that production schedules are met, quality standards are upheld, and operational efficiency is maximized. This role will be responsible for leading, measuring and coordinating the initiatives across the Fort Worth sites and Programs to drive production while leveraging synergies across the efforts.

What you'll be doing as an Operations Support Integration Manager

Engage and collaborate with leaders at the COE(s) to identify Operational priorities that support Bell's and Integrated Operations goals.

Translate the customers/ stakeholders priorities into technical work plans and guide cross functional project teams.

As an Integrator, lead across the matrixed operations support functional team (Manufacturing Engineering, Tooling, MRB, etc.) to set priorities and resource customer priorities and drive for results.

Assess and solves manufacturing and technical issues as it pertains to producibili ty by providing technical expertise and direction to the cross functional team.

Work with the COE's to champion and implement continuous improvement opportunities that drive operational efficiency, reduction of cost and foster new innovative methods.

Provide day-to-day direction/support and ensure execution on project work, remove barriers and accelerate the advancement of the operational priorities as needed.

Track performance and provide feedback to functional managers on talent deployed at the centers and/or programs.

Build relationships with the COE's, Programs, and functional teams to drive cross functional execution.

Establish operational structure and culture change that drives maturation of the new operating organization

Drive success for all stakeholders which includes COE's or Suppliers.

Qualifications

Skills You Bring To this Role

Strong cross functional leader, detail oriented, and comfortable leading in a matrix organization

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and process improvement methodologies.

Cross functional work history with perspective from both technical and operational areas

What you need to be successful

Bachelor's degree in manufacturing engineering, industrial engineering, mechanical engineering, manufacturing engineering technology or related degree.

Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in process, manufacturing or industrial engineering, operations or production
