Seeking a bold, strategic leader to drive the success of our first rare disease brand. As Regional Business Leader, you’ll lead and inspire a team of Area Business Managers, driving performance, market growth, and patient impact. This first-line leader will play a pivotal role in leading, inspiring, and developing a team of Area Business Managers while maximizing regional revenue and market penetration. Key Responsibilities

Lead and Develop a High-Performing Team: Recruit, develop, and retain top talent; inspire and motivate; provide coaching and feedback; recognize and address performance; develop talent with individualized development plans. Drive Business and Operational Excellence: Lead strategic and tactical plans to achieve/exceed regional sales objectives; use analytics to understand market dynamics and prioritize resources; establish performance metrics; stay current on local markets and trends; anticipate future dynamics and share insights with stakeholders. Foster Collaboration and Organizational Alignment: Partner with marketing, training, and commercial effectiveness teams; work with cross-functional partners to inform resource development; collaborate with Training to implement new hire programs; contribute to projects and culture. Education, Experience and Skills

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Life Sciences, or related field (required). To qualify for Regional Business Leader:

Required: 8+ years in pharmaceuticals or life sciences Strongly Preferred: 3+ years rare disease or specialty sales; 3+ years in a sales leadership role

To qualify for Senior Regional Business Leader:

Required: 12+ years in pharmaceuticals or life sciences 3+ years rare disease or specialty sales 5+ years in a sales leadership role

Proven track record of leading and coaching high-performing teams; ability to influence and inspire; build strong relationships; maintain a winning mindset; focus on continuous improvement. Ability to travel up to 70%; valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record; reside within the region and near a major airport. Demonstrate professionalism, integrity, and adherence to policies in a highly regulated environment; safeguard confidential information. Scope and Compensation

The Regional Business Leader is responsible for achieving regional goals and driving business impact through effective team leadership, strategic planning, and collaboration. Salary ranges: Regional Business Leader $164,000-$205,000; Senior Regional Business Leader $184,000-$230,000. Physical requirements include regular movement, ability to travel up to 70%, and the possibility of after-hours work due to travel. What we offer
