The Talent Acquisition Advisor plays a key role in attracting, sourcing, and hiring top talent to support our commercial real estate and property management business. This is a mid-level recruiting role ideal for someone with a proven track record in full-cycle recruitment who also enjoys contributing to high-level HR projects and culture initiatives. In addition to recruitment execution, this role provides consultative expertise to leaders on compensation, talent availability, and strategic workforce planning.

Estimated Compensation Range:

$65,000-$80,000.

What your day looks like

Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and create effective recruiting strategies.

Create job descriptions and advise on compensation, local markets, available talent, and internal teaming suggestions.

Advise management on best practices in recruitment and support consistency across hiring practices.

Manage the full recruitment life cycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing candidates.

Build pipelines of qualified candidates for property management, advisory, brokerage, and corporate roles.

Support employer branding efforts in new markets across the country to attract new talent.

Develop and maintain relationships with universities, career centers, and community partners to strengthen early career hiring and internship programs.

Represent the company at career fairs and industry events to enhance visibility and connect with top talent.

Utilize job boards, LinkedIn, networking, employee referrals, and industry events to identify top talent.

Deliver an exceptional candidate experience, representing the company’s values and culture.

Provide guidance and support for both union, W-2 and 1099 employment models.

Support HR initiatives by coordinating elements of key programs (e.g., internship onboarding and development activities, talent projects, or employer branding).

Provide light project management support for HR-driven initiatives as assigned.

Participate in the Talent Advancement Committee and contribute to initiatives that strengthen employee engagement, professional development, and organizational culture.

Track and report recruiting metrics, ensuring compliance with all employment laws and company policies.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (preferred but not required).

3–5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience; commercial real estate recruiting experience is a strong plus.

Experience with Paylocity or similar HRIS/ATS platforms is a plus.

Knowledge of employment laws, recruiting best practices, and employer branding strategies.

Experience with union hiring and independent contractor (1099) recruitment is a plus, but not required.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to influence and build relationships at all levels.

Highly organized, proactive, and results-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and approach work with a project management mindset (coordinating timelines, tracking progress, and driving initiatives to completion).
