Our client is seeking an
Human Resources Generalist
to support their core HR functions including payroll, employee relations, and compliance. This role is ideal for someone with a solid foundation in HR practices who is ready to grow and take on broader responsibilities in a collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities for Human Resources Generalist
Administer and process payroll accurately and timely. Ensure compliance with multi-state employment laws and regulations. Conduct employee relations investigations and support conflict resolution. Assist with policy development, onboarding, and HR documentation. Provide guidance to employees and managers on HR-related matters. Support HR initiatives and contribute to continuous improvement efforts.
Qualifications for Human Resources Generalist
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field. Minimum 3 years of HR experience, with a focus on payroll and employee relations.
