About the Role Join a dynamic Growth Marketing Operations team that powers personalized, on-device messaging for millions of users worldwide. We're looking for a strategic and detail-oriented marketer to lead the development and execution of customer journeys across Client ecosystem of services.
As a
Journey Automation Manager , you’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to build multi-channel campaigns that drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention. You’ll be the go-to expert for lifecycle marketing orchestration, campaign optimization, and CRM platform execution.
Build and launch automated customer journeys using platforms like Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Braze, or Oracle Responsys.
Collaborate with marketing, product, engineering, and business teams to align messaging with strategic goals.
Conduct A/B testing and performance monitoring to drive growth and improve campaign effectiveness.
Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and campaign performance.
Document best practices and create playbooks for scalable execution.
What We’re Looking For
7–10 years of experience in lifecycle or CRM marketing.
Hands‑on experience with ESP/CRM platforms (Salesforce, Braze, etc.).
Strong logical reasoning and critical thinking; SQL knowledge is a plus.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Passion for services and ecosystem (iOS, Music, TV+, News, Podcasts, etc.).
Work on high‑impact campaigns seen by millions.
Be part of a collaborative, innovative team.
Hybrid work setup in Culver City.
Opportunity to extend beyond the initial 12‑month term.
