The Events Marketing professional is responsible for planning, executing, and promoting events that strengthen brand awareness, engage target audiences, and drive business growth. This role combines creativity with strategic thinking to deliver impactful experiences — from trade shows and product launches to corporate events and sponsorship activations.
The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and highly collaborative, with a passion for creating memorable brand experiences. Working closely with the marketing, sales, and communications teams, the Events Marketing professional ensures every event aligns with brand objectives, delivers measurable results, and provides a seamless experience for attendees.
Base pay range $40,000.00/yr - $50,000.00/yr
Responsibilities
Develop event marketing strategies that align with overall brand goals and target audience objectives.
Manage event timelines, budgets, and logistics, ensuring all deliverables are completed on schedule and within scope.
Coordinate with vendors, venues, and partners to secure contracts, negotiate pricing, and ensure seamless event execution.
Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, sales, design, communications) to produce event materials, campaigns, and content.
Create and manage event promotions, including social media campaigns, email marketing, and advertising to maximize attendance and engagement.
Oversee event registration processes, attendee communication, and on-site or virtual experience management.
