This position is subject to SAFE Act registration requirements and includes a background check and registration process. As a Financial Solutions Advisor Stage I (FSA I), you begin by obtaining Securities Industry licenses with dedicated classes for Securities Industry Essentials (SIE), Series 7 and Series 66 Exams. You will learn foundational advisory skills, build and manage client relationships, and guide clients with advice and solutions to help them live their best financial lives while humanizing financial interactions. You will start in a financial center and progress through stages of development with the potential to advance within Bank of America and Merrill as you gain experience and licenses. Responsibilities
Work toward obtaining required securities licenses (SIE, Series 7, Series 66; Series 63 & 65 accepted in lieu of 66). Develop foundational advisory skills, including acquiring, building, and managing client relationships and assessing a client’s complex financial picture. Deliver comprehensive financial advice and solutions to help clients meet their goals and life priorities, while providing high-quality client care. Participate in training and development programs (Academy) and progress from Financial Solutions Advisor Stage I to Stage II as milestones are achieved. Engage with core banking and investment partners to connect clients with Bank of America and Merrill solutions. Adhere to regulatory requirements, including SAFE Act registration and related background checks. On successful performance and licensing, work in a financial center to support client needs in banking and investment services. Qualifications

Ability to develop strong peer relationships through effective communication and collaboration. Results-driven mindset prioritizing client interests in a fast-paced environment. Ability to execute multiple tasks simultaneously. Learns and adapts to new technology or applications. Desired Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree and/or a minimum of one year of financial services industry or sales experience. Skills
