Key Account Support Specialist

Base pay range $19.00/hr - $27.00/hr

Responsibilities

direct client annual review process to customers

manage client business planning, forecasting, annual reviews and joint business planning in close collaboration with Key Account Managers (KAMs)

leverage insights to develop category review presentations and promotional planning

actively manage and develop strategic annual plans for clients

lead all issue resolution activities with client systems, identify overspend and spending shortfalls, and work with relevant KAMs to resolve them using insights and data to recommend improvements

provide expert guidance on client products, brands, SKUs, pricing and promotional plans and suggest strategic actions to guide client promo planning activities
