Temp HRIS Specialist

to support our client's Human Resources team with day-to-day HRIS administration and data management. This hybrid role is ideal for someone with strong technical skills and hands-on experience in

Workday , looking to make a meaningful impact on HR operations and process improvement initiatives. Responsibilities

Administer the

Workday ERP system , including user account management, permissions, and security roles. Maintain accurate employee data and conduct regular audits to ensure data integrity. Build, run, and analyze reports and dashboards to deliver actionable insights to HR and business leaders. Assist with system configurations, testing, and upgrades to support new features and integrations. Provide guidance and support to HR team members and managers on Workday navigation and troubleshooting. Collaborate with HR and IT teams to streamline processes and enhance HRIS efficiency. Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field—or equivalent combination of education and experience. Minimum of

3 years

of experience in application and user account administration, with a background in business or data analysis. At least

1 year

of hands-on experience as a

Workday ERP administrator . Strong analytical, technical, and problem-solving abilities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
